Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
7–12+ years of relevant sales experience, preferably in FMCG or beverage industry
Proven experience in leading large sales teams at a national level
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
Excellent analytical and strategic planning abilities
Ability to manage distribution networks and key accounts effectively
Willingness to travel frequently across regions
