Role Description

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Supervisor to join us for a full-time role on-site in Pokhara. The role involves overseeing digital marketing strategies, managing campaigns across various platforms, analyzing performance metrics, and coordinating the team’s activities to achieve marketing objectives. The Supervisor will also develop content strategies, lead SEO efforts, and work closely with clients to meet their business goals. Additionally, keeping up with industry trends and bringing innovative marketing approaches will be key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and campaign management.
• Strong skills in SEO, including on-page and off-page optimization and keyword research.
• Experience in content creation, content strategy, and analytics interpretation.
• Proven experience in team leadership and project management in marketing contexts.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to liaise with clients and teams effectively.
• Analytical thinking and familiarity with digital tools such as Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.
• Knowledge of OTA integrations and familiarity with ancillary services (e.g., booking systems) is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; Certification in Digital Marketing is an advantage.
