Job Overview

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns that build brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals 

• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media, email) 

• Oversee content creation across all platforms, ensuring brand consistency 

• Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data insights 

• Manage marketing budgets and track ROI 

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities 

• Collaborate with sales, design, and external agencies 

• Lead and mentor the marketing team 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field 

• Proven experience in marketing management or a similar role 

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools 

• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills 

• Experience with CRM, analytics platforms, and marketing automation tools 

Preferred Skills
