Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Kathmandu for a Digital Content Creator / Social Media Manager. The role involves managing and creating engaging content for various social media platforms, developing social media strategies, tracking analytics to inform content decisions, and designing creative graphics. Responsibilities also include collaboration with cross-functional teams to align digital content with the company’s branding and marketing goals, community engagement, and responding to online inquiries.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in content creation, including written, visual, and video formats, with a strong desire to further develop in this area.
• Basic understanding of social media management; guidance and support will be provided to build strategy development and analytics skills.
• Ability to curate relevant content based on audience insights and trending topics.
• Foundational knowledge of digital marketing strategies and SEO concepts, with willingness to learn and grow.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with social media tools and emerging digital platforms is an advantage, but not required.
