Retail Coordinator

Job Description

• CRM Management & Data Strategy
• Maintain accuracy, security, and cleanliness of customer database (OMS/ERP)
• Develop targeted email/SMS campaigns based on customer behavior
• Analyze campaign performance and share actionable insights
• Lead CRM training for showroom staff to ensure proper data entry
• Event Coordination & Execution
• Plan and execute showroom launches, promotions, and brand events
• Manage vendors (catering, branding, AV, agencies) within budget
• Oversee on-site event execution and ensure brand standards
• Prepare and track event budgets and post-event reports
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BCA / BBA / BBS)
• 2 years of experience in retail, marketing or CRM roles
• Valid two-wheeler driving license with personal vehicle
