Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Kathmandu.

The selected candidate will lead social media content development for a leading FMCG brand, focusing on building high-impact visual content across platforms.

The role involves managing a team of 4–5 full-time content managers, overseeing content planning, production, and execution. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for launching 8–10 high-quality vertical video contents (short to long format) every month, ensuring consistency, creativity, and performance.

While performance understanding is valuable, this role is not designed for a traditional performance marketer. It is primarily a people management and content leadership role. Strong hands-on understanding of TikTok and short-form social video will be a key competitive edge.
