Sales Executive

Job Description

• Promote and sell housing units, residential colonies, and apartment projects
• Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Actively advertise and promote projects through social media platforms and other marketing channels
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
• Address and resolve customer concerns to ensure high satisfaction levels
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and maintain accurate client records
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales processes and project updates
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
• Minimum 1 year of experience in similar field
