Role Description

The Branch Manager (Parbat Branch) will oversee the daily operations and overall performance of SajiloNet’s Parbat branch. Key responsibilities include leading the local team, ensuring efficient service delivery, managing customer relationships, identifying business growth opportunities, executing company policies, and maintaining operational excellence. The Branch Manager will also focus on achieving sales targets, managing resources effectively, and ensuring team productivity and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Parbat District.

Qualifications

• Leadership and management skills, including team supervision, performance monitoring, and decision-making capabilities
• Strong sales and business development skills, with experience in setting and achieving targets, client acquisition, and relationship management
• Operational expertise, including resource management, policy implementation, and ensuring service delivery
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Proficiency in IT and internet service technologies is highly beneficial
• Ability to identify market opportunities and develop strategies to drive business growth
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, IT, or a related field
• Prior experience in the ISP or technology sector is a strong advantage
