Timing: 10-7pm

We are looking for a Salon Professional (Hair & Beauty).

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the salon
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards
• Hire, train, and manage salon staff
• Prepare and manage staff schedules and attendance
• Ensure high-quality customer service and handle complaints
• Set and track sales targets and team performance
• Motivate staff to upsell services and retail products
• Monitor and manage salon inventory and supplies
• Maintain accurate billing and daily cash reports
• Use salon software for appointments, sales, and client records
• Ensure compliance with health and legal regulations

Experience

• 1 year+ of experience in salon or beauty industry (as a manager or senior staff)
• Proven experience in team handling, customer service, and operations

Skills

• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Sales and target-oriented mindset
• Knowledge of salon services, products, and trends
• Familiarity with salon POS and booking software
• Basic knowledge of inventory and cash handling
• Ability to handle complaints and resolve issues calmly
