Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Baneshwor, Kathmandu, for a UK Counselor. The UK Counselor will guide students through the application and visa processes for study opportunities in the UK. Responsibilities include advising students on university programs, assisting with documentation, providing information on scholarships and funding, ensuring adherence to immigration regulations, and maintaining accurate records. The role will also involve coordinating with partner institutions and participating in events to promote UK study programs.

Qualifications

• Strong counseling and advising skills, including the ability to guide students in selecting suitable UK education programs
• Knowledge of university application processes, visa regulations, and scholarship opportunities for UK-bound students
• Excellent communication skills, including interpersonal communication and public speaking
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple client cases effectively
• Proficiency in using office tools and software for record-keeping and correspondence
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions
• Prior experience in UK education counseling or a related field is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Education, International Relations, or a related discipline
• A passion for helping students succeed on their educational journey
