Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Education Counselor based in Kathmandu. The Education Counselor will be responsible for guiding and advising students on education opportunities in Australia and the UK. Daily tasks will include conducting consultations, providing tailored guidance based on students' academic goals, assisting with applications, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant educational programs and requirements. The role also entails effectively communicating with students and stakeholders to ensure a seamless counseling experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Educational Consulting and a solid understanding of education systems in Australia and the UK
• Expertise in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to provide personalized academic and professional guidance
• Strong Communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation
• Knowledge in Education and an ability to stay updated on trends and requirements in international education
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Counseling, or a related field
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site role and maintain professionalism with clients and students
• Experience in the education or counseling field is highly advantageous
