Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Manager based in Kathmandu. The SEO Manager will oversee and execute strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic. Responsibilities include conducting SEO audits, performing keyword research, implementing link-building strategies, analyzing web analytics data, and collaborating with other marketing team members to maximize online visibility and ROI.

Qualifications

• Expertise in conducting SEO Audits and utilizing findings to improve site performance
• Proficiency in Keyword Research and identifying high-performing keywords
• Strong skills in Link Building and developing strategies to enhance domain authority
• Experience with Web Analytics tools to track, measure, and optimize performance metrics
• Foundational understanding of Marketing principles and their application to SEO
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs is a plus
