Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sanepa, Lalitpur for a Senior Client Servicing Executive. The role involves fostering and maintaining strong client relationships, managing client accounts, developing presentations, and delivering exceptional customer service. Day-to-day responsibilities include liaising with clients to understand their needs, ensuring seamless service delivery, and collaborating with internal teams to align strategies with client expectations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience (3–5+ years) in Client Servicing, Account Management, or Client Relations, preferably in an agency, media, or service-driven environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage and grow client accounts, with a strong focus on retention and revenue generation
• Strong expertise in presentation development, pitching, and storytelling
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a client-first approach
• Experience working cross-functionally with creative, marketing, or operations teams
• Proficiency in tools like PowerPoint, Google Workspace, and CRM systems is a plus
• Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Experience in event management, advertising, or creative media will be an added advantage
