Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Specialist, located in Kathmandu. The Digital Marketing Specialist will manage online marketing campaigns, develop and execute digital strategies, utilize web analytics to optimize marketing efforts, and oversee social media marketing activities. Day-to-day tasks include creating and curating content, analyzing campaign performance, driving audience engagement, and ensuring alignment with the company’s business objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Online Marketing, and Social Media Marketing strategies
• Experience with Web Analytics and performance tracking tools to measure and optimize marketing efforts
• Strong Communication skills with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content for diverse audiences
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using digital marketing platforms and tools
• Knowledge of financial or consultancy services will be an added advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
