Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kathmandu for a Head of Digital Marketing. In this role, you will oversee the development and execution of impactful digital marketing strategies, manage end-to-end campaigns, and lead the planning and management of social media initiatives. Core responsibilities include optimizing lead generation, analyzing web analytics, and driving performance through data-informed decisions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives while maintaining brand consistency.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Marketing and Digital Strategy, with a clear ability to design and lead impactful campaigns
• Experience in Social Media Marketing, including planning, executing, and optimizing social media initiatives across multiple platforms
• Strong knowledge of Lead Generation techniques to drive business growth
• Proficiency in Web Analytics with data-driven insights, including experience with tools like Google Analytics
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills
• Capability to adapt and thrive in fast-paced, goal-oriented environments
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Experience working in marketing roles in targeted or regional markets is an advantage
