This is a full-time, on-site role for a Credit Analyst specializing in Australian mortgages, based in Kathmandu. The Credit Analyst will be responsible for assessing credit applications, analyzing financial data, and evaluating the creditworthiness of clients in line with industry and company standards. Responsibilities include preparing detailed credit risk assessments, submitting recommendation reports, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The role also involves effective communication with team members, lenders, brokers, and customers to support smooth credit application processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Credit Management and understanding of credit principles
• Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating financial data and creditworthiness
• Excellent Communication skills for liaising with stakeholders and preparing reports
• Knowledge of Finance with emphasis on mortgage industry trends and platforms
• Familiarity with Australian credit processes and lending regulations is an advantage
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1+ year of relevant experience in a similar role
