Associate Functional Consultant

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in ERP implementation & Go-Live Support. The candidate will work closely with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements, configure ERP modules, support implementation, and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end ERP implementation projects, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Work with clients to analyze and document business processes, identifying areas for improvement and alignment with ERP solutions.
• Configure ERP modules (Finance, Sales, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, etc.) based on business requirements.
• Support data migration activities and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Provide training and post-implementation support to end users.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth integration with other business systems.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and functional specifications.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Accounting, Information Technology or a related field (Preferably Semi-qualified CA/ ACCA.
• 1–3 years of experience in ERP implementation (SAP Business One, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
• Strong understanding of core business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing, etc.).
• Hands-on experience on SAP Business One will be an advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
