Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Operation Incharge role based in Kathmandu. S/He will oversee property management, brokerage services, valuation, consulting and analyze opportunities in the real estate and commercial real estate sectors.

2 Bhu-Sewa and Field Operations

3 Digital Marketing and Brand Management

4 Office Operations and Administrative Management

5 Regulatory Compliance and Legal Adherence

6 Stakeholder Relations and Networking

7 Professional Standards and Service Quality

8 Service domain expansion and functional unit development

9 Reporting and Accountability

Qualifications

• Proven knowledge and experience in Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate practices
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Familiarity with Nepal's real estate laws and market trends is a plus
• ACCA or Semi Qualified CA having adequate exposure on Banking Audit or Banking job experience
• Having knowledge of Nepalese real estate and lang transaction activities and regulatory frameworks
