Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for a Food and Beverage Intern based in Kathmandu. The intern will assist in food service operations, support the culinary team, and provide exceptional customer service to guests. Responsibilities include ensuring the quality and presentation of food and beverages, maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment, and effectively communicating with team members and guests to create a memorable hospitality experience.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations
• Experience or aptitude in providing excellent Customer Service
• Basic Culinary Skills to assist in food preparation and presentation
• Good Communication skills for interacting with team members and guests
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, service-driven setting
• Enthusiasm for hospitality and a guest-centric approach
