Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in sales. As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive selling and cross-selling.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
• Provide timely and accurate reports on sales performance.

Job Specification 

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in B2B sales or SaaS/IT product sales
• Knowledge of CRM tools
• Ability to understand technical concepts quickly
