We’re hiring a full-time 3D visualizer who can convert architectural ideas into clean, photorealistic visuals that actually sell the design. This is a fully remote role with a steady pipeline of work.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Build accurate 3D models from architectural drawings
• Produce high-quality, realistic renders with strong lighting and materials
• Own the visual output, from modeling to final render
• Work in fast feedback cycles and deliver consistently
• Collaborate with the design team and improve presentation quality

Eligibility:

• Strong AUTOCAD proficiency
• Strong portfolio of realistic architectural renders
• Proficiency in modeling + rendering tools (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, Lumion, V-Ray, etc.)
• Deep understanding of lighting, textures, and composition
• High attention to detail, no half-baked outputs
• Strong time management and reliability

Bonus:

• Background in Architecture or Design
• Experience working with architects or real estate projects
