Responsibilities:
β’ Promote and sell housing units, residential colonies, and apartment projects
β’ Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels
β’ Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits
β’ Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
β’ Actively advertise and promote projects through social media platforms and other marketing channels
β’ Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
β’ Address and resolve customer concerns to ensure high satisfaction levels
β’ Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and maintain accurate client records
β’ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales processes and project updates
β’ Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
β’ Minimum 1 year of experience in similar field
