Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kathmandu for a Lead Content Creator. The Lead Content Creator will collaborate closely with the creative and marketing teams to plan, develop, and deliver engaging content across multiple platforms. Responsibilities include leading on-camera presentations for live or pre-recorded videos, creating and refining scripts, contributing innovative content ideas, and guiding overall content direction. The Lead Content Creator will ensure that all content aligns with the company’s vision, brand identity, and effectively engages the target audience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in video presenting, content hosting, media, digital marketing, or related fields
• Fluent in both English and Nepali, with clear diction and confident delivery
• Well-presented personality with a professional on-camera presence
• Strong confidence in facing the camera and engaging diverse audiences
• Participation in beauty pageants, media shows, or public platforms will be considered a strong advantage
• Ability to adapt presentation style according to brand tone and target audience
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment
