Workstation: Shantichaur, Surkhet

This is a full-time, on-site position for our client, a construction and brick manufacturing company. The company is seeking a Machine Operator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machines, maintain logs, and assist in repairs.
• Achieve production targets, supervise workers, and oversee production activities.
• Manage stock of raw materials, spare parts, and consumables.
• Ensure workplace safety, security, and proper equipment handling.
• Maintain records, track attendance of daily workers, and report to supervisors

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering
• Trained to use hydraulic machine, heavy equipment or Fly Ash bricks machine
• Experience in operating hydraulic machines, or heavy equipment, is preferred
