Job Description

• Experience in the Cement Industry is preferred; candidates with at least 1+ year of relevant experience in mechanical maintenance or operations are encouraged to apply.
  
  

• Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of plant equipment including crushers, kilns, mills, conveyors, and packing machines.
  
  

• Monitor equipment performance and ensure optimal functioning to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
  
  

• Diagnose mechanical faults and implement timely corrective actions.
  
  

• Coordinate with production and electrical teams to ensure seamless plant operations.
  
  

• Maintain maintenance logs, reports, and documentation as per company standards.
  
  

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, standard operating procedures, and industry best practices.
  
  

• Assist in installation, commissioning, and upgrading of mechanical systems and equipment.
  
  

• Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability of critical components.
  
  

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant performance and reduce operational costs.
