Job Description

• Must have proven experience working in the cement industry, with a strong understanding of cement plant electrical systems and operations.
  
  

• Design, develop, and maintain electrical systems and components to required specifications.
  
  

• Ensure smooth operation of electrical equipment in plant areas such as crushers, raw mills, kilns, and packing plants.
  
  

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems including motors, drives, transformers, and switchgear.
  
  

• Troubleshoot electrical faults and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
  
  

• Monitor and optimize power consumption and ensure energy efficiency across the plant.
  
  

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, electrical codes, and company policies.
  
  

• Coordinate with mechanical and production teams for maintenance planning and shutdown activities.
  
  

• Handle installation, testing, and commissioning of new electrical equipment and systems.
  
  

• Maintain proper documentation of maintenance records, reports, and technical data.
  
  

• Supervise and guide technicians and junior engineers.
