We’re Hiring: AI Video Content Animator/Editor

Location: Gyaneshwor, Kathmandu

Salary: Attractive and Negotiable

Office Timing: 10 AM - 6:00 PM (Monday-Friday)

What You'll Do

• Transform provided scripts and course materials into high-quality AI-generated video content.
• Use AI video creation tools to produce engaging e-learning videos efficiently and at scale.
• Develop visual storytelling approaches that enhance learner engagement and understanding.
• Optimize prompts and workflows to improve output quality and production speed.
• Collaborate with the content team to align visuals with learning objectives.
• Manage bulk video production while maintaining consistency across all courses.
• Stay updated with the latest AI tools and trends in video production and animation.
• Ensure timely delivery of all assigned video projects.

Who We're Looking For

• Has experience in video editing, animation, or multimedia production (AI-based experience preferred).
• Is proficient in using AI video tools and platforms (e.g., text-to-video, AI avatars, voice generation tools, etc.).
• Has strong prompting skills and understands how to generate high-quality outputs from AI tools.
• Has a good sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and content presentation.
• Is detail-oriented and can maintain consistency across multiple videos.
• Can efficiently handle high-volume (mass) content production.
• Is tech-savvy, adaptable, and eager to learn new tools quickly.
• Has good communication skills and can work collaboratively with the team.
• Takes ownership of tasks and meets deadlines consistently.
• Prior experience in e-learning content production is a plus.
