Job Overview

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will oversee the company’s daily operations, ensuring all departments function efficiently and effectively. This role involves collaborating with the executive team to implement operational strategies that align with the company’s mission, drive business growth, and improve operational performance. As part of the leadership team, the CEO will take responsibility for financial oversight, team leadership, stakeholder communication, compliance, and risk management. Additionally, the CEO will play a key role in overseeing the operations of the SkyWalk Tower, Nepal’s premier tourist attraction, ensuring safety standards, operational excellence, and an exceptional visitor experience.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Execution

Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve the company's long-term objectives.

Collaborate with the CEO and other executives to align operational goals with the company’s mission.

Monitor performance and suggest improvements in operational strategies.

Operational Management

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring all departments are functioning effectively and efficiently.

Implement continuous improvement initiatives and best practices to optimize performance.

Ensure the smooth operation of the SkyWalk Tower, ensuring both safety and an exceptional visitor experience.

Financial Oversight

Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting to maintain the financial health of the company.

Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize resource allocation across departments.

Team Leadership and Development

Lead, mentor, and develop senior management and staff.

Foster a culture of high performance, teamwork, and growth within the company.

Develop training and development programs for staff to enhance skills and performance.

Stakeholder Communication

Serve as a communication bridge between the board of directors, CEO, staff, and external stakeholders.

Ensure transparent and timely communication throughout the organization.

Compliance and Risk Management

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards, especially in the tourism sector.

SkyWalk Tower Oversight

Job Specification

Education

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Additional certifications or training in operational management, tourism, or hospitality management is preferred.

Experience

Minimum 8 years of experience in operational leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a senior management position.

Proven track record of managing complex operations, ideally within the tourism, hospitality, or large-scale project management sectors.

Experience in overseeing high-profile or unique projects like the SkyWalk Tower is a plus.

Skills & Abilities

Leadership: Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire, manage, and motivate cross-functional teams.

Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute long-term operational strategies aligned with organizational goals.
