City Aged Care Training & Research Center Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a friendly, professional, and motivated individual to join our team as a Receptionist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations and providing excellent support to visitors, students, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the front desk and welcome visitors in a professional manner
Receive, handle, and transfer phone calls efficiently
Provide accurate information to students and clients
Handle basic administrative and documentation tasks
Maintain appointment schedules and coordinate meetings

Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum +2 / High School Graduate
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Flexible with working hours
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
