Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Multi-Cuisine Cook to join the team at Sip n’ Skip Lounge and Bar, one of Kathmandu’s popular rooftop dining destinations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in high-volume kitchen environments and expertise in preparing Indian, Chinese, Continental, Asian, and local cuisines.
Key Responsibilities
Food Preparation: Execute daily meal service including mise en place, cooking, and plating as per brand standards
Maintain consistent quality, taste, and presentation across multiple cuisines
Ensure a clean, sanitized, and well-organized workstation at all times
Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering ingredients to reduce waste
Follow strict food safety standards (HACCP) and kitchen sanitation protocols
Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely and smooth order delivery
Job Specification
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cook in a professional kitchen
Strong knowledge of Indian, Chinese, Continental, Asian, and local cuisines
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
Team player with discipline and strong work ethic
