Sales/ Marketing / Brand Promotion
Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and meetings
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Understand client hiring requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions
Negotiate terms of business, contracts, and service agreements
Coordinate with recruiters to ensure timely delivery of candidates
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
Maintain a pipeline of prospects and regularly update CRM systems
Conduct market research to identify industry trends and hiring needs
Attend client meetings, presentations, and industry events
Bachelor's or Master's degree (completed)
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or recruitment (preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills

Basic understanding of recruitment processes (preferred)
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
