About Us

Uptrendly Media is a leading influencer marketing agency working with brands and creators to deliver impactful digital campaigns. We are looking for a Campaign Coordinator who can independently manage campaigns end-to-end—handling client communication while coordinating with influencers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients

Understand client objectives, briefs, timelines, and budgets

Present campaign plans, updates, and performance reports to clients

Ensure timely execution and high client satisfaction

Campaign & Influencer Coordination

Plan, manage, and execute influencer marketing campaigns

Coordinate with influencers for deliverables, timelines, and content approvals

Share briefs, track content submissions, and ensure brand guideline compliance

Manage replacements, delays, and last-minute changes professionally

Internal Coordination & Reporting

Work closely with influencer, content, and operations teams

Maintain campaign trackers, budgets, and timelines

Monitor campaign performance and compile post-campaign reports

Identify opportunities for campaign optimization and upselling

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Experience handling creators / influencers and brand clients

Highly organized with strong time-management skills

Understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook)
