Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Social Media Content Creator to join our team on-site in Kathmandu. The primary responsibilities of this role include creating and managing engaging content for social media platforms, strategizing campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics. The Content Creator will collaborate with marketing teams to align social media strategies with overall business goals and help build and maintain a strong online presence. Additionally, the role involves monitoring trends, engaging with the audience, and staying updated with emerging digital tools and best practices.

Qualifications

Content Creation, Social Media Management, and Copywriting skills

Experience with Content Strategy and Campaign Planning

Familiarity with Analytics Tools, Trend Monitoring, and Performance Analysis

Strong Communication and Collaboration Skills

Proficiency with Graphic Design and Video Editing is a plus

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Knowledge of emerging digital platforms and industry standards

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is advantageous
