Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Officer to lead and manage overall marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in digital marketing, campaign execution, and customer journey optimization, along with the ability to contribute to both strategic planning and hands-on implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives

Manage and optimize social media platforms, including Meta and TikTok

Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns to ensure effective reach and engagement

Analyze customer behavior, campaign performance, and marketing data to drive continuous improvement

Conceptualize and execute creative content ideas across digital platforms

Organize and manage events, activations, and promotional activities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain brand consistency and alignment

Support basic design requirements using tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar

Qualifications And Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

Proven experience in digital marketing and campaign management

Strong understanding of Meta Ads, TikTok marketing, and analytics tools

Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills

Creative thinking with strong execution capabilities

Prior experience in the automobile industry will be an added advantage, though not mandatory

Basic knowledge of graphic design tools will be preferred
