Role Description

Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that drive measurable business growth

Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads

Plan and run digital and offline marketing campaigns from concept to delivery

Meet potential clients and deliver compelling product/service presentations

Manage social media platforms and strengthen brand identity online

Coordinate promotional activities, events, and campaigns

Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Prepare sales and marketing performance reports

Collaborate with internal teams on branding, client servicing, and communications

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Bachelor's degree in any discipline

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field

Fluent in Nepali and English

Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms

Target-oriented, able to work independently and meet deadlines

Creative thinker with analytical abilities
