Key Responsibilities

Assist the Area Marketing Manager to achieve the regional business goals.

Identify the potential customers and establishing new business opportunities.

Responsible for lead generation and conversion by maintaining and developing client relations.

Reach out to clients, proactively assessing their needs and promoting company portfolio.

Recommend the marketing tools to raise the brand awareness and position the company’s products and services to attract new and retain existing customers.

Conduct the market analysis in relation to current and future market trends, customer needs evaluation, demand forecasting, competition, risks and identify the opportunities for company’s growth.

Maintain excellent customer relations and keep database up to date.

Support financing and payment collection efforts as part of the sales cycle.

Coordinate with leasing teams where necessary for customer support.

Requirements

Proven experience of heavy industry/construction machinery sales for at least 02 years.

Priority will be given to candidates with experience in construction or heavy machinery (e.g., Excavators, Mobile Cranes, Tower Cranes, Concrete Machinery, Forklifts, Aerial Work Platforms, Mining Equipment, Harvester etc.).

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mechanical / Electrical / IP Engineering, or International Business

Good English communication skills (both written and verbal).

Ability to coordinate with leasing / financing departments is a plus.

High sense of responsibility, integrity, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Valid motor bike driving license is mandatory.
