Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Professional based in Kathmandu. The Sales Professional will focus on identifying and connecting with prospective clients, building strong relationships, and driving enrollment in our programs. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, responding to inquiries, delivering presentations, and maintaining a database of potential and existing clients. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing team to implement campaigns that promote our services effectively. Regular reporting on sales performance and identifying opportunities for growth are essential aspects of this position.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Relationship Building

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in presentations and client engagement

Effective time management, self-motivation, and the ability to work in a goal-oriented environment

Familiarity with using CRM tools or databases to manage client interactions

Ability to collaborate closely with marketing teams and contribute to campaign strategies

Passion for education, technology, or STEM fields is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
