Job Description

We are currently looking for a Sales Specialist based in Nepal to join a growing international project.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (any subject)

Good communication and writing skills

Languages

Nepali and English (at least intermediate level)

Own computer/laptop and stable internet

Experience in sales, customer support, or similar work is a plus

Responsibilities

Talk to clients (calls, messages) and answer their questions

Help clients understand our services

Find client needs and solve their problems

Encourage clients to continue using our services

Bring back inactive clients

Record all work in the system (CRM)

Work with the team to improve processes

Follow company rules and keep information private

Use tools like CRM, calls, and chat

What we offer

Salary

NPR 60,000 during probation, then NPR 70,000 + bonuses

Full-time job

Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 (with 1-hour break)
