We’re searching for an HR Executive to support our Human Resources operations and contribute to colleague engagement, recruitment, onboarding, and daily HR administration at Crowne Plaza Kathmandu Pulchowk.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be

Supporting the daily operations of the Human Resources department to ensure efficient and professional HR service delivery

Assisting with recruitment coordination, onboarding processes, colleague documentation, and employee lifecycle activities

Maintaining HR records, attendance data, colleague files, and administrative documentation while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy

Supporting colleague engagement activities, training programs, wellbeing initiatives, and internal communication efforts

Assisting department heads and colleagues with HR-related queries and operational support as required

Coordinating with payroll, finance, and operational teams to ensure smooth HR administration and compliance processes

Supporting implementation of HR policies, hotel procedures, and workplace practices aligned with company standards and local labor regulations

Assisting with HR reporting, audits, and other administrative responsibilities as assigned

What We need from you

Bachelor’s degree or higher education qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred

Minimum 2–4 years of Human Resources or administrative experience, preferably within the hospitality industry

Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and administrative skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally

Good coordination and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail

Familiarity with HR systems, Microsoft Office, and administrative processes preferred

Knowledge of local labor practices and workplace compliance requirements preferred
