Our Client, Click Consulting Kathmandu is looking for a highly experienced and motivated Senior Education Counsellor specializing in Australia and New Zealand to join our team. This is a leadership role that requires in-depth knowledge of international education systems, strong team management skills, and a passion for guiding students toward successful study abroad opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert counselling to students planning to study in Australia and New Zealand

Assess student profiles and recommend suitable courses, universities, and study pathways

Guide students through the complete application process, including admissions and visa documentation

Lead, manage, and mentor the counselling team to achieve individual and team targets

Conduct regular training and development sessions for junior counsellors

Stay updated on changes in university requirements, education systems, and visa policies

Build and maintain strong relationships with universities and partner institutions

Ensure high conversion rates from inquiries to successful enrollments

Job Specification

Minimum 5 years of experience as an Education Counsellor for Australia and New Zealand

Strong knowledge of Australia & New Zealand education systems

Proven experience in team leadership, mentoring, and training

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a target-driven and performance-oriented environment

Knowledge of Australian visa processes will be an added advantage
