Role Description

This is a contract-based, remote role for a WordPress Developer. The developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining WordPress websites with a focus on performance optimization and user experience. Daily tasks will include building custom themes, developing plugins, implementing responsive designs, and troubleshooting technical issues. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure a polished final product will also be integral to the role.

Qualifications

Experience in both Back-End Web Development and Front-End Development

Proficiency in creating Responsive Web Designs and Web Design practices

Strong skills in general Web Development, with a focus on WordPress

Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and deliver optimized website performance

Familiarity with SEO best practices in web development

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or equivalent experience
