SSN Corporation is a Design and Build General Contractor offering services in building construction, building and infrastructure design, land planning and subdivision, structural, site/civil, geotechnical, and MEP design, construction inspection and material testing as well as permitting and construction support.

Role Description

SSN Corporation is seeking a motivated Architecture Intern for its Kathmandu office. The selected candidate will support the architectural team in design development, drafting, and project coordination activities. This internship provides hands-on experience working on real design and construction projects and offers a pathway to progress toward Trainee Architect and Entry-Level Architect positions based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

·    Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings, layouts, and design documents.

·    Support the team in developing conceptual designs, plans, and presentation materials.

·    Utilize architectural and drafting software to prepare drawings and models.

·    Assist in reviewing design requirements, codes, and project documentation.

·    Support coordination with engineering teams for integrated project development.

·    Maintain accurate and organized project documentation.

·    Perform other duties as required.

Basic Requirements

·    B. Arch Final semester students or recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

·    Final semester students should have cleared all previous semesters.

·    Basic understanding of architectural design principles and building systems.

·    Familiarity with architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools is preferred.

·    Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.

·    Eagerness to learn and work in a professional design environment.
