Job Description

A growing financial services organization seeks experienced, detail-oriented Lending Support Officers to assist Lending Managers in ensuring an efficient loan process. This position suits proactive, organized individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Loan Application Support

Assist Lending Managers in preparing, packaging, and submitting loan applications, ensuring files progress smoothly from submission to settlement.

Document Management

Review, organize, and upload client documents, ensuring all information is accurate, complete, and compliant with policies.

Credit & Valuation Processing

Conduct credit checks, order valuations, and track progress to facilitate timely loan approvals.

Stakeholder Communication

Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders, including brokers and lenders, to ensure efficient processing and clear communication during the loan lifecycle.

Data & System Management

Accurately enter and maintain client data in CRM systems.

Problem Solving & Follow-Up

Proactively identify potential delays, follow up on outstanding conditions, and ensure all requirements are met promptly.

Administrative Support

Maintain organized client files for compliance and audit purposes, and support general lending team tasks.

Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Management or a related field

One year of experience in mortgage support, loan processing, or a similar role is preferred but not required.

Strong understanding of lending processes and compliance requirements (e.g., AML/KYC)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Proficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting

Proactive attitude with a strong team orientation

Willingness to work overtime during busy periods
