Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Salesperson located in Kathmandu. The Retail Salesperson will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable products to meet their requirements. Key responsibilities include demonstrating product knowledge, driving sales, maintaining a clean and engaging retail space, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, this role involves handling customer inquiries, managing transactions, and building lasting relationships with customers to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Retail Sales and an understanding of effective sales techniques

Strong Product Knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions

Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build rapport and address inquiries effectively

Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with a customer-focused approach

Prior experience in retail or sales is preferred, though not mandatory

Flexibility to work onsite in Kathmandu and adapt to a dynamic retail environment

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or customer service are a plus
