Desi Grub is a fast-growing herbal wellness products manufactuer, inclusing Teas, Coldpressed Oils, Hair & Skin Care and more. Our mission is to make everyday wellness essentials products easily accessible while supporting local businesses and retailers.
We are looking for a motivated and field-oriented Sales Officer to manage and expand our retail network. This role involves handling existing retailers, onboarding new partners, ensuring timely product delivery, and managing payment collection. If you enjoy working on the ground, building relationships, and driving sales growth, this role is for you.
Manage and maintain relationships with existing retailers
Identify and onboard new retail partners to expand market reach
Take and process orders from retailers accurately
Ensure timely delivery of ordered goods to retailers
Collect payments and maintain proper financial records
Monitor and report retailer stock levels regularly
Provide feedback on market trends and retailer needs
Prior experience in sales, FMCG, or distribution preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Basic record-keeping and reporting skills
Must own a bike and hold a valid driving license
Sales and relationship management
Time management and organization
Basic accounting/record tracking
