Job Description

Achieve assigned sales volume, revenue, and distribution targets within the on-trade channel.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with restaurants, bars, lounges, hotels, and other on-trade partners.

Ensure proper placement, visibility, and availability of company products at all assigned outlets.

Coordinate and execute outlet activations, promotional campaigns, bottle redemption schemes, and brand engagement activities.

Conduct regular market visits to monitor outlet performance, competitor activities, pricing, and promotional trends.

Ensure timely order collection, delivery coordination, and payment follow-up from assigned accounts.

Support distributors and regional sales teams in expanding on-trade coverage and strengthening market presence.

Coordinate with the marketing team for branding materials, promotional support, and event execution.

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, market feedback, and outlet performance updates.

Assist in sales forecasting, demand planning, and promotional planning for assigned territories.

Ensure compliance with company policies, trade standards, and operational procedures.

Build positive relationships with outlet owners, managers, and frontline staff to strengthen brand loyalty.
