Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Owner based in Kathmandu. The Owner will oversee the overall operations and strategic direction of the company, ensuring that business goals align with the organization’s mission and values. Key responsibilities include leading the development of business strategies, managing relationships with stakeholders, monitoring financial performance, and driving growth initiatives. The Owner will also provide leadership to the management team and ensure compliance with industry regulations and corporate policies.

Qualifications

Strategic leadership, decision-making, and business management skills

Financial planning, analysis, and risk management expertise

Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and partnerships

Strong communication, negotiation, and public speaking skills

Knowledge of insurance industry trends, regulations, and operational processes

Experience in navigating and driving organizational growth through mergers or expansions is highly desirable

Proficiency in team leadership and talent management

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related field; advanced certifications are a plus
