Our Client, NEPA Works Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Video Editor. As a Video Editor at NEPA Works Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for producing high-volume video content focused on product marketing and brand visibility across multiple platforms. You will work closely with the marketing team to create engaging and performance-driven short-form content.

This role requires a balance of creativity and speed. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering content quickly while maintaining quality and brand consistency.

Key focus will be on creating short-form videos that capture attention, drive engagement, and align with current social media trends.

Key Responsibilities

Edit daily high-volume product videos (AI-assisted and manual editing)

Create short-form content for platforms like Reels and TikTok

Edit LinkedIn and promotional video content

Produce simple audio commercials for in-store use

Add captions, music, and basic motion elements

Export videos in multiple formats (9

16, 1:1, etc.)

Maintain fast turnaround times while following brand guidelines

Organize and manage project files efficiently

Job Specification

Minimum 2 years of experience in video editing

Strong experience with short-form content (Reels/TikTok style)

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects

Strong understanding of pacing, hooks, and engagement editing

Ability to handle high-volume workloads efficiently

Basic audio editing skills

Familiarity with social media formats and captioning

Organized and responsive workflow management

Preferred (Optional)

Experience with product-based content

Basic motion graphics knowledge

Experience working with remote teams
