Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the Head of Marketing at our office in Kathmandu, Nepal. The Head of Marketing will develop and execute marketing strategies, lead market research initiatives, oversee marketing and sales teams, and build strong public relations strategies to enhance brand reputation. The role also involves analyzing market trends, identifying new opportunities for business growth, and ensuring the alignment of marketing efforts with organizational goals.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Market Planning, Marketing Management, and developing strategies that drive measurable outcomes

Strong expertise in conducting Market Research and identifying trends and opportunities

Experience in Sales and implementing effective revenue-generating initiatives

Proven skills in Public Relations for brand management and stakeholder engagement

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities

Team leadership experience with a focus on collaboration and motivation

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred)

Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus
