Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Brand Manager role based in Kathmandu. The Assistant Brand Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute marketing initiatives, develop and evaluate brand strategies, analyze market trends, and support brand positioning campaigns. The responsibilities will also include monitoring performance metrics, managing budgets, and assisting in the execution of promotional activities to drive brand growth and strengthen brand identity.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Marketing, Brand Strategy, and Campaign Management

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

Previous experience in brand management or similar roles is preferred

Strong skills in Market Research, Analysis, and Business Strategy

Experience with Creative Problem Solving and Content Development

Excellent Communication, Collaboration, and Organizational Abilities

Proficient in Digital Marketing tools and techniques

Ability to interpret performance metrics and data for decision-making
